Quality policy of the Company aims to provide products and services, whose characteristics fully meet Customer requirements. The policy is to pursue an elevated quality standard, in order to maintain a high reputation into the market, and enhance Customer's satisfaction.

 

 

Therefore the Company is committed to:

  • achieve the established quality level at the lowest possible cost.
  • use devices ensuring safety for its Personnel and Customers.
  • have an approach marked by prevention.
  • make its cooperators aware of their responsibilities and give them appreciation.

  • identify and perform the necessary training.
  • carry out internal audits to monitor QSM adequacy and effectiveness.

To achieve such targets the General Management ensures that this policy is understood, performed and supported through meetings with all the employees and formative courses. The above listed targets will be obtain only through commitment and cooperation of the whole company organization.

MOELCA PURSUES CONSTANT ENHANCEMENT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH THE RESEARCH AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AND SUPPLY OF RELIABLE SERVICES  ALLOWING TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PARTNERSHIP RELATIONSHIP WITH ITS CUSTOMERS.

THE TARGET IS PURSUED THROUGH THE ANALYSIS AND THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND MANDATORY APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THEM.
